[Please take notice that although the LexSun Professional Blender blends whole fruit and vegetables; it is not a juice extractor.]

The special design of the stainless steel Cutter Blades enables both wet and dry blending.
What is unique about the LexSun Professional Blender is that the Cutter Blades now have six blades instead of the traditional two or four blade types. As a result, blending is now more even, much faster and efficient. (Yes, the six blade cutters are incorporated in both the 1.5 litre and 2.0 litre jugs).
The Cutting Blades are the same on both jugs and are interchangeable.
Top view - High strength, sharp, stainless steel blades
The wet and dry Cutting Blades are the same on both jugs and are obviously interchangeable. If required, the Cutting Blade mechanism (from either jug) can be easily removed / replaced by our technician at our warehouse; or you can easily replace the parts yourself.
Step 1: Turn jug on its side
Step 2: Locate the Locking Nut which holds the Blade Set in place
Step 3: Here is a close up view of the large aluminium Locking Nut
Step 4: This is the special Wrench which unscrews the Locking Nut
Step 5: Place Wrench into Locking Nut
Step 6: Exert downward pressure to undo the Locking Nut
Step 7: Continue undoing the Locking Nut until loosened
Step 8: Remove the loosened Locking Nut by hand
Step 9: Remove the Blade set by pushing into the Jug
Step 10: Wet and dry Blade Set removed
To fit a new Blade Set, simply reverse all the instructions above.
Note: The 1.5 litre jug was used for the demonstration below, so the grinding process could be seen more clearly.
Although the 1.5 litre jug is very good at grinding grain into flour, the 2.0 litre jug is more excellent at grinding grain into a finer flour, due to 1) the shape of the jug and 2) the Tamper / Food Accelerator Tool.

Why are the LexSun Professional Blender jugs not made of glass?

Glass is unsuitable for blending due to the high speed of the blades and the powerful motor. Additionally, if any utensil was dropped into the blender during processing, the glass container could easily shatter or worse - explode, and cause serious injury.
Q2:
Is there any danger in using the LexSun Professional Blender BPA free poly carbonate jugs / containers?
A2:
Not at all. Ultra tough BPA free Poly carbonate is 100% food safe and certified and tested by NSF and other government agencies around the world.
Q3:
What quantity of vegetables should I put in the jug when I start blending?
A3:
For the best performance possible, start blending by adding a smaller amount of hard vegetables in the jug to start, then adding more as required. In fact it is actually quicker this way and the machine will last much longer!
Conversely, the best way to destroy any blender is to load the blender jug half way or higher, then start it; which is very hard on any blender and dramatically shortens its' life.
Q4:
I have been doing a lot of blending and noticed that the Blade Set is coming loose. What can I do about this?
A4:
Over time and lots of blending (especially if putting too much produce in the jug at once), the Locking Nut under the Jug that holds the Blade Set in place can start to work itself loose (this happens with nearly all blenders.) This is easily remedied by obtaining a Wrench from the Parts section and tightening the Locking Nut as per these simple instructions.
Q5:
Can I blend solid blocks of ice with the LexSun Professional Blender? (both small or large solid blocks of ice made in ice tray in freezer)
A5:
No. Blending solid blocks of ice is akin to blending rocks in your blender, and just like any other blender, it will eventually damage your blades / blender and void your warranty. However, you can blend / crush 'American style hollow ice' which is made in modern refrigerators. This applies to all blenders sold.

Can I blend my mobile phone with the LexSun Professional Blender?

Although the LexSun Professional Blender can quickly blend mobile phones [e.g. on YouTube], for obvious reasons it is not recommended and it voids the warranty.

Almost indestructible: Both the 1.5 litre and 2.0 litre poly carbonate jugs are almost unbreakable. One staff member who weighs 105 kilograms, stood on the 2.0 litre jug and proceeded to bounce on it, without causing any damage whatsoever! In the factory, staff were repeatedly throwing them at the walls and floor without any damage at all.

Tamper / Food Accelerator Tool:
Due to the large size of the 2.0 litre Jug, a Tamper / Food Accelerator Tool is provided to insure that all food is blended quickly and efficiently.
Due to the smaller size of the 1.5 litre jug, a Tamper / Food Accelerator Tool is not usually required, but is supplied all the same.
The wet and dry Cutting Blades are the same on both jugs and are obviously interchangeable. If required, the Cutting Blade mechanism (from either jug) can be easily removed / replaced by our technician at our warehouse; or you can easily replace the parts yourself.
Step 1: Turn jug on its side
Step 2: Locate the Locking Nut which holds the Blade Set in place
Step 3: Here is a close up view of the large aluminium Locking Nut
Step 4: This is the special Wrench which unscrews the Locking Nut
Step 5: Place Wrench into Locking Nut
Step 6: Exert downward pressure to undo the Locking Nut
Step 7: Continue undoing the Locking Nut until loosened
Step 8: Remove the loosened Locking Nut by hand
Step 9: Remove the Blade set by pushing into the Jug
Step 10: Wet and dry Blade Set removed
To fit a new Blade Set, simply reverse all the instructions above.

For the best performance possible, start blending by adding a smaller amount of hard vegetables in the jug to start, then adding more as required. In fact it is actually quicker this way and the machine will last much longer!
